Berry Salsa

Berries are an excellent source of antioxidants and vitamins. Serve with grilled chicken, pork, or fish for a little sweet twist to your dish.

Berry Salsa


  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1⁄3 cup chopped blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow flavors to blend for 20 minutes before serving.
