Spicy Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 Bunch of Kale
  • 1 Banana
  • 1⁄4 Cup Red Grapes
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Dash of Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  • 1⁄2 Cup of Ice
  • 1⁄2 Cup Water or Until Desired Consistency is Reached
  • 1 Scoop Max Greens (optional)
